As Creative Director for the Florida Panthers, Jeremie spearheaded the team’s creative and advertising strategies across every channel — from social media, out-of-home, and digital campaigns to websites, editorial, and print. He shaped the franchise’s distinctive visual identity, producing industry-leading work through a blend of strategic direction, compelling storytelling, key art, and hands-on design. Every campaign, asset, and touchpoint was crafted to reflect the Panthers’ unique brand voice while ensuring consistency and excellence across all platforms.

Jeremie led and mentored a creative team of five-plus designers, managing priorities, meeting tight deadlines, and maintaining an elevated standard of quality. He collaborated closely with freelancers, agencies, photographers, and corporate partners to deliver on business objectives while staying on-brand. His role extended beyond creative production to strategic impact — helping build the Panthers’ digital infrastructure, executing content marketing initiatives, and enhancing branded content in the digital space. Under his leadership, the Panthers’ social media presence grew by 12%, ranking fourth in growth percentage among all NHL teams, solidifying the team’s reputation for bold, innovative marketing.
